Based on my years experience in the trading areas of both firms and trading floors, I&#039;d say most limit orders are NOT whole dollar of half dollar increments.

You can take advantage of you information, there&#039;s no legal problems with it, mostly because it&#039;s not factual since such information is not made available to any one, including all regulatory agencies.
